Long Life Grease: We call it Long Life because this grease offers the best protection and life for your bearings, even in the harshest riding conditions. This is the best choice if you spend your time cycling in a wet environment and do not use coated bearings, or if your cycling application is an off-road discipline. Be aware that Long Life grease has a slightly higher coefficient of friction than standard All Round grease. It is a medium-viscosity type of grease, designed to provide the best performance in the worst riding conditions. The recommended fill rate is 70 to 100%, depending on weather conditions and riding application.
