Shipping and Returns


Order shipments are made on office business days only Tuesday through Friday. We ship all orders within up to three business days. If the deadline should be extended, we will contact you to notify you. Preparation time includes the time required to validate the order, and the time required to prepare the package. Shipping time is the approximate time from when the package leaves our warehouse to when it reaches its destination. Please note that deliveries take place on working days during normal business hours

Merchandise return

It is possible to return the product(s) within 15 days following the delivery date.

All merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original, undamaged packaging, including all manuals, parts and accessories, the clothing must not have been worn, must not have been washed and the price tags must still be attached.

A gift card cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.

The refund will be credited to the card used at the time of purchase or by gift card.

The costs related to the return of goods are assumed by the customers.
