The Cycles Dupuis team in Arizona: an intense training camp before the 2026 season

Preparation is underway! Harry Milad and Jean-Philippe Venne spent seven intense days in Tucson, Arizona, gearing up for the start of the 2026 season, which will kick off with the 19th edition of the Grand Prix Cycliste de Ste-Martine on April 12.

Joined by fellow cyclists Hugo Pain and Olivier Proteau from Team Cycles Régis, as well as Dominic Di Biase from Team Knox, the group built a strong and competitive camaraderie—pushing each other to their limits and challenging one another on every climb.

Demanding training in iconic locations
In just one week, the riders covered over 934 km and climbed a total of 10,359 meters. Their routes included:

  • Mount Lemmon, one of the most famous and longest cycling climbs in the United States
  • Saguaro National Park and the Pusch Ridge Wilderness Area, offering ideal endurance conditions where altitude and heat combine to test both physical strength and mental resilience

Meanwhile, Jonathan Hervieux and Joël Pelletier continued their training indoors on Zwift, while Michel Henry traveled to Guadeloupe with his bike during spring break to rack up kilometers and elevation gain under the intense Caribbean heat. A great example of how the entire team stays active, no matter where they are!

Ready for the season
This training camp allowed the Cycles Dupuis team to work on speed and endurance while testing their equipment outdoors, all in spectacular landscapes and a highly motivating atmosphere.
